Logo Design Competition sponsored by Jervis Shopping Centre

As part of our current rebranding effort the SVPDIT are looking for a flash new logo. This will be used on our website, posters, credentials, clothing and lots more. The Jervis Shopping Centre have kindly sponsored this competition to the tune of a €100 gift voucher for use in their mall.

Resources: Entries will be posted in the SVPDIT.com gallery at http://www.svpdit.com/modules.php?name=gallery. You can find our existing logo here http://svpdit.com and the logo of the national SVP at http://www.svp.ie. Unfortunately we can't give out high-res versions willy nilly (for obvious reasons).

Requirements: The logo should be suitable for as many different applications as possible; for example we'll need to use it on the web, in print, on posters and banners, etc. We'll need high-resolution sources for the winning logo, but web-optimised images are fine for the initial entry.

Rules: The competition runs until Sunday, July 18th. Submissions should be a maximum of 250x250px in size and should be sent by email to ents@svpdit.com. All entries will be published online together with the name of the submittor. The creator will need to grant exclusive rights for the image to Saint Vincent de Paul Society of DIT.

Judging: The competition will be judged by the four members of the SVPDIT committee. One image will be chosen as the winner by July 22nd, and the winner will be asked for a snail-mail address to which we can send the gift voucher. The judges decision is final.

    Questions and comments welcome.

    Thanks,
