Hi All I am getting the below error when adding a new user to It comes up every time I press the ADD button on the 'security' tab of the folder options dialog. It does not matter whether I go in a local admin or computer admin its the same I have tried copying a rich32.dll to the sys32 folder in Winnt which was suggested…

What exactly are you trying to do?

What OS is it?

What does RICH32.dll do/what is it supposed to do?
