Eircom broadband speed

I have just got eircom broadband and sometimes it seems slow or hesitant to load a web page. Can sombody tell me approx speed I should be getting and tell me what speed test site you are using, Much appreciated, Mark

mcafee is instant and easy.

speeds will vary but u should get something like 533.36 Kbps but in the range 460 to ??

I think mcafee has gone mad at the moment but maybe iol have boosted me by mistake!!

none of those speedtests above or anywhere near accurate, i get 48-62bps on the bottom 3 and get 345bps with adslguide.org.uk which is really bad for broadband but when i download files im getting 54k/sec which makes my true connection speed similar to 436bps.
