In my CD player right now are two Best Of albums: Tom Petty and Faith No More. My buddy gave me two albums yesterday as well, the second Foo Fighters one and a Soundgarden one which I can't remember the title to and I can't be arsed checking, Down the Upside or something.

I'm still quite fond of Songs for Polar Bears & Final Straw, by a certain band that I shall be seeing in Dallas in October. :D

Other than those .. The Wayward Bus by the Magnetic Fields, & 1977 by Ash.

The autamata album doesn't even exist in raod records! it is the most impossible album to get anywhere! u can get it from the website but i lack a credit card for such purchasing methods.

I did a radio survey on the phone ages ago too. someone else mentioned it too recetly.. maybe its the BCI doing undercover research!

You can get tons of em in tower records off grafton street!

my albums of the moment are the best of both thin lizzy and the doors..
Also got hope of the states recently..quite a good album dare i say.

absolutly, it's been in my top 5 since the very day i got it... which has been quite a number of years... probably won't knock Belle & Sebastian's TigarMilk off the top but it come's damn close!

at this moment of time id have to say Death Cab For Cutie is in my Cd player more then anything else... it's only really be swapped latley for B&S's Dear Catastrophe Waitress or The New Pornographers but never for very long.

    Interpol - Antics

Same applies to this one (as good as the first album, didn't think that possible).

Some good albums to check out -

    Interpol - first one
    Afghan Whigs - all albums
The Twilight Singers - both albums
    Rufus Wainright - latest one
Modest Mouse - Good News For People Who Love Bad News
66e - Fall Down 7 Times, Stand Up 8. (but yiz'll just have to wait for that one, unlike me ;) )
    The Killers - Hot Fuss
