Free mmorpgs?

Please dont move this to the MMORPG forum as not alot of people read it and Im sure twil get more replies here.

Looking for a free mmorpg OR one thats in beta. Tried the "Risk your life beta" but it kept crashing and i never did get to actually play...

well alot of them have free trials
and if you enjoy them alot they are worth the 10 euro or so a month
so maybe try some free trials

Gonna download it this evening as its free also no monthly subscriptions, only catch is that it uses a real world economy system i.e what you put in you get back, but i know quite a few people who have been playing for a few months now and have never put any money into the game

youve to put money in ? how the feck does that work ? Anywho im download now... always wanted to try a 'mir' style point and click mmorpg, never found a good one though.

Downloaded it , played it and came to the conclusion....one of the worst games ever...

If you're willing to go text-based there are still a few 'mud' games around (multi-user-dungon).

I used to play MUDII when it was free on IOL (way back) - great craic back then, but I'd say it would leave most people wanting in this age of graphics.

http://www.onrpg.com has a good selection of completely free, free trial and open beta MMORPGs. Bear in mind though that (while your tastes may be different) most of the completely free ones suck harder than an Japanese hoover...

At least, I think the phrase is hoover...
