I purchased an audio 90 plantronics headset from PC World about 2/3 months ago.
The headset , at first was great , but now is not working correctly. I visted PC World to get a replacement , but they had no replacement in stock, so I asked for a refund which I was declined. They told me that it would be in stock in a week , rang them the other day and they still didnt have it , and no info on when they will have it.
If I remember bussiness studies class correctly , I am entitled to a replacement / refund / repair , or am I incorrect? I want a refund at this stage , what are my consumer rights here? I have receipt etc.

    Cheers Adam
