New area, new house (like 2 years old), 15-20 min walk from downtown. All normal facilities, will have DSL or phone if all of us will agree to get it, and has a nice sized backyard too.

For enquiries 086 314 7799 (Anne, the landlord) or 086 0544637 (me, I'd prefer you'd call Anne first). One room is free from now, other from 21st June.
