    right click this link and save the file to a folder. this is the video player (in flash)

    right click this link and save it in the same folder as the flash file above.

    open the flash file. if you do not have a program that opens flash directly, you can right-click and choose your browser to open it.

    it says the .flv is 21mbs - but if you've got it in your cache it shouldn't take too long to get (only a couple of seconds)
