In the modem web configuration, the DSL tests all passed, except the Ping one, which is supposed to fail, I think. Also modem lights were all as they should be.

This is the first time it happened, I'm a bit lost. What should I look for, if this happens again? Could it be something on my side?

also, is a reset of the modem equivalent to stopping/starting the modem?
