does iol bb penalise you in any way for activity during peak times? im just asking as i saw on the usage calculator a off-peak traffic, and a peak traffic section. Thanks

No god no, they can't do that.

I assume that that is for both your, and their benefit. You can see exactly how often you use your internet connection, and when that is, (I think peak time is 9-6? Not sure on that though, could be 7-6)
