I'm kinda doing three science subjects... if you count applied maths as a science. But I'm doing business as well it's the only choice I regret - I'd have prefered to do biology or chemistry or accounting. I've still go to start physics revision... just can't start.

Yeah, I'm just not in the mood to study. I did Applied Maths last year as well, but I gave it up because it took up four lunchtimes a week, and the other lunchtime, I had to go to the school newspaper meeting. I was wrecked after lunch without a break... kind of wish I'd kept it up though. It would have been a help with Maths and Physics.

I think the link between applied maths, maths and physics is a bit exaggerated. The only link with physics is in mechanics (linear motion, circular motion and that's about it). But the standard of questions in physics is laughable compared to applied. The only link with maths is in the differential calculus... and even then it's nothing major. I suppose it's handy if I was doing science in college though - I could just not turn up for any lecture all year and still pass just with leaving cert stuff.

You see some women can look absolutely stunning... when you can't hear their skanger accent/hilarious lisp. We need video clips... in swimsuits... with question rounds.

That'll be my situation next year, Physics and Astronomy. 4 subjects in first year, Maths, Applied Maths, Physics, and Astronomy/Computers.
They don't require Honours Maths, Applied Maths, or Physics, so I assume it'll all be LC stuff which I'll have done.

The only downside is when you've actually got to start studying again in 2nd year... that would totally screw me up.
