    All mod cons. Newly refurbished, wooden floors, Small backyard(enclosed).
    Gas Heating, 1 main bathroom.

    Digital Television installed soon, and hopefully broadband after that.

    One double room and one single room to let.
    Only Summer letting available, until start of new college semester.(The single may still be available from then on, not known yet).


    300 p/m for the single.
    360 p/m for the double.
