Scripted Webpages

Irritating problem here, some webpages that are created on the fly, eg. php and asp won't show up properly. It doesn't matter how many time I refresh the page or cache it won't show up properly. I mainly use Opera for browsing, but the problem also shows up in IE. Any ideas?
