Mod chipping in Dublin!?!?

OK so ive spent hours going through old posts etc an google etc. Can anyone tell me where to get a mod-chip (ps2) and where to get it !INSTALLED! Is there anyone who will do this for me? :confused: any help is brilliant!:D Thanx
