Test PPP/PPPoe fail Test Ping default gateway fail appreciate some suggestions.

Hi i have iol bb . Zyxel Prestige 623R-T1. Using normal dhcp settings. Using ethernet card. I have all settings correct as far as i can see. But 2 tests fail when testing the connection. I have no firewall or anything like this. Any help would be great . Thank you.

either your username/password or both are incorrect.
get the correct username/password from you isp.
it doesn't matter if ping default gateway fails.
