FMC in flight sim

I don't no alot about this flight sims but a friend of mine has a problem when he uses FMC during a flight it locks up the program other than that it seems to work fine. FMC= Flight management computer.

Which aircraft is it? It must be an addon one, find out the company who publishes it and check out their website. Also try these:
