apart from the new exchange list i havnt seen any lists as such apart from that, youve probably tryed http://www.broadband.gov.ie i can say no more unfortuently.

Just ring up and anoy eircom

try http://www.irishwan.org and see if there is any nodes in your area (some may be connected to broadband enabled areas)
