I think you have to specifically apply to use it... see here:

I did it recently i emailed support specifying a username and password nd they rung me up to confirm it.

The web space is unlimited yes but they have something in their acceptable usage policy about transfer so in theory for example if you host a 100mb file and it is downloaded by more than ten ppl that should exceed the transfer.

But in practice i've had no problems i've hosted dj mixes on it nd they have been downloaded by countless ppl with no problems whatsoever.

back in the day of the Nick Berg video, I had a copy of it on my UTV webspace for a friend who linked to it in their blog. Over the space of maybe 2 days it was clicked a few thousand times, totaling downloads of something like 85GB. I never heard anything about it from UTV... Free webspace is the business :D

85gb is alot chk out what charles has to say in the news group nd u'll realise how lucky youu were :)
New customers are allowed 100Mb, but to be honest we do not mind have much
space is used _unless_ it causes a detrimental effect to other users,
    through diskspace or bandwidth usage.

In the last three years I've only had to contact one customer who was
causing a detrimental effect to other users, by uploading over 10Gb of avi,
mpeg and mp3s, when the server ran out of diskspace.
