100hz on sony 32fx68b?

Anyone know if there's a service menu in the sony 32fx68b widescreen tv?, my sister just bought one, all seems fine except it still looks like it's displaying normal 50hz interlaced instead of 100, & there's no mention of a toggle setting in it's manual or on-screen menus. I've googled about a bit to no avail :(

IIRC, you turn off the set, press in both ch + & - buttons (on the TV, not on the remote), switch the TV on, wait for a picture, then release the 2 buttons & TT will appear on-screen. Now press the menu button on the remote 3 times & you should be in the service menu.

thats a 100Hz set and it doesnt have a User switch for the two so there shouldnt be a way for it to have been n 50Hz mode.
