Eircom will be there, they got the contract for this through their TE Services subsidiary. That happened despite Eircom being excluded from applying for it in the first place.

I'd love to hear an explanation of how that got thru.......I probably will hear a very plausible explanation on the Comwreck website some time ..... or else in the High Court.

eNet were within their rights to tender for the contract with TE Services as a sub-contractor as long as the DCMNR was satisfied that such an arrangement did not conflict with the intention and detail of the Draft Code of Practice.

They may well have been, despite the clarification in August last year that they apparently were not (on the DCMNR Website)

As the Head of Eircom Wholesale, Herb Hribar, sits on the Board of the Company which will exectute all the provisioning ionstructions on the MANs I am soooOOOOO confident that his minions in TE Services will not tell him things like

Colt just took a Ring In Limerick and are dropping 4 Fibre pairs in the Raheen Industrial Estate.

    Of course they won't :D
