cant open second window

    i have window xp if i open a second window the internet crashes!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Why what happens exactly- any task running in task manager what should not be there- virus/patchess uptodate?

    got the latest sofware anti virus etc etc
    when i open a second window it freezes then both windows disapper

    Have you gone to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and downloaded the latest patches for IE? This should be the first thing that you do.
