WWE won 5 awards from something…they talked too fast.

Recap of HHH/Eugene stuff, complete with Benoit drilling Eugene with the chair.

Intro…Benoit vs. KANE tonight…I don’t know how KANE can compete with his DAD DYING LAST NIGHT.

Evolution comes out to start. HHH starts talking about how he will face the winner of Benoit/KANE at Vengeance. But, he is out here to talk about Eugene, and calls him out. Eugene comes out, but reluctantly gets in the ring. Eugene has a bandage on his forehead, and there is a smiley face drawn on it! HAHAHAHAHA. HHH explains that he was just trying to help last week, because there are plenty of wrestlers who would want to hurt Eugene, so he was just trying to toughen him up. He would never lie to Eugene, or hurt him, like Benoit did. He says that Benoit wanted to hurt him, and that he is a big jerk. HHH then offers Eugene a honorary spot in Evolution. William Regal comes out, and says it’s a trap, and for Eugene not to listen to him. HHH then says that Regal was hired and pretended to be his friend, which is true. Regal is speechless, and Eugene starts to pout. So, HHH tells Eugene to choose. Bischoff then comes out, and he says that if Regal and HHH really have a problem, then they can settle it in the ring as opponents…and he needs a SPECIAL ref, and announces that Eugene will be it. HAHA.

WWE Rewind: Jericho getting beheaded last week. He had a concussion.

Batista and Orton is still in the ring, looks like a rematch from last week.

Batista & Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho & Edge
Jericho and Orton to start, but Jericho wants Batista, and Orton tags him in. Jericho ducks a clothesline, and nails a shot the nose, and Batista laughs it off. Batista then starts to work over Jericho, and a fire alarm starts blaring. JR and King tell us that the fire alarm is not legit. Evo keeps working on Jericho, and they are putting over Y2J’s concussion. Jericho finally gets to Edge, and he is on fire. He wraps Orton up in his leg submission, but Batista breaks it up. Edge & Jericho then double dropkick Batista to the outside, then they back body drop Orton out. Jericho then leaps off the top rope to the floor on Batista, and we cut to a…

We come back and the faces are over on Orton. Batista gets in, and powerslams Edge. Heels are now going over Edge. This is a much, much worse match then last week Orton then locks on a full nelson. Edge runs out of it, and runs him into the turnbuckle, but Orton tags, and Batista drills Edge. Batista brings Edge over to the corner, and Orton is back in. Jericho is on the ground selling the concussion. Orton has Edge in a leg scissors. Edge fights out, ducks a clothesline and nails the Edge-o-matic. Jericho gets in, Batista gets in, Batista goes for a slam, but Jericho slides through. Orton lines up for an RKO on Jericho, but Batista charges, and Jericho moves, and Batista drills Orton. Batista then turns around into a spear, then the Lionsault for the pin.

Flair questioning HHH’s choice about letting Eugene into Evo, HHH says that it is all because Bischoff wants Eugene out of his hair. As soon as he wins the title at Vengeance, Eugene will have worn out his welcome.

Diva search highlights from NYC.

Lita is crying in her dressing room leaving Matt a voicemail. Stacy comes in and Lita declares that she is a horrible person, and that she was just trying to protect Matt. She then starts crying some more…Stacy ponders what Lita will do, but Lita doesn’t even know who the father is. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

JR makes his way to the ring to interview KANE, and security will surround it, so KANE will light JR on fire.

JR is in the ring, and he has KANE come out to answer some questions.

1) Why did KANE destroy HBK?
A. Because he was robbed of the Title at Badd Blood

2) Why did impregnate Lita?
A. Because he never had a normal life, so he wanted an offspring to live the rest of his legacy.

JR then says that the baby may not be KANE’s, and KANE then looks like he will attack JR, but Mattitude comes out and attacks KANE. Bischoff comes out and has security toss Mattitude out of the building, and Bischoff then says that he is sorry to KANE. To make up for it, Benoit will have to make KANE tap out to win, but KANE can win any way.

Triple H (w/ Ric Flair) vs. William Regal – Guest Ref: Eugene
Tie-ups to start. They then trade hammer locks. HHH with a stiff shot to the forehead, off the ropes, but Regal with a shoulderblock. Eugene breaks it up. Regal hammers HHH in the corner, but Eugene calls for a ‘clean break.’ HHH then gets the edge, hammering down on Regal. HHH then nails a suplex, followed by a knee drop to Regals forehead. Regal figures up, with a series of European uppercuts, then a back body drop, then a suplex for 2. Flair gets on the apron, and slides some knucks to HHH, but Regal punches HHH, and steals the knucks. Eugene then sees the knucks in Regal’s hand, and DQ’s Regal.
Winner via DQ – Regal

Eugene is flipping out, and HHH shoves Regal in to Eugene. Eugene the Tards up, because he thought Regal attacked him, and he takes out Regal. HHH and Flair have to pull Eugene off.

La Rez is in the ring, and Conway starts to run down the 4th of July. Greiner then starts to sing “O, Canada,” but Sgt. Slaughter’s music hits, and he and….Rhyno makes their way down….WHAT?!?!

La Resistance (c) vs. Sgt. Slaughter & Rhyno
Rhyno explodes on both members of La Rez, but Conway takes over. La Rez is tearing apart Rhyno. Hot tag to Sarge, and he locks the Cobra Clutch on Conway, until Greiner comes in. Rhyno comes in to help, but when he goes to the top, Conway shoves him off to the floor. La Rez then hits the finishing move, Au Reviour.

HHH is talking to Eugene, and reminds him when KANE lied to him, and when Benoit hit him with the chair, but that it’s OK to be angry. He then says that Regal lied to him too. HHH then says that Evolution will make sure the no one hurts Eugene again, and that Evolution knows how to take care of people who hurt their friends.

Flair is happy as a pig in **** when he leaves Bischoff’s office, and Coach comes in, and says that he is happy to take on the interium GM position next week while Bischoff is on vacation. Bischoff says that there has been a change of plans. Coach thinks that Flair is replacing him, and he understands that, but Bischoff says that while Coach is being replaced, it’s not by Flair. Bischoff needs to rely on family, so he is making Eugene GM for a day. HAHAHA.

Chris Benoit (c) vs. KANE - World Championship
Benoit can only win by submission, KANE can win the title any other way, including Count Out or DQ. Benoit starts by moving quickly, and attacking KANE’s legs. Benoit goes for the sharpshooter quickly, but KANE grabs him by the throat, and tosses him to the corner. Benoit reverses a clothesline, and goes to lock on the Crossface, but KANE just hurls him over the top rope to the floor.

Commercials.

When we come back, KANE is dominating the match. Benoit starts firing back with some chops, then drags KANE outside. KANE then picks up Benoit, and runs him into the ringpost. Benoit is out until the 8 count, but gets back in the ring, and KANE gets a 2 count. They then go back outside, and Benoit takes over, and nails a drop toe hold, and KANE goes headfirst into the steel steps. Benoit wants the ref to count the 10 count, but he can’t.

Commercials.

We come back, and KANE had a choke lock on Benoit. Benoit fights out, but KANE nails a throat thrust, and Benoit is out. KANE goes for a choke slam, but Benoit grabs his arm, and locks on the Crossface. KANE powers his way back up, and nails a Samoan Drop. KANE sits up, and calls for the Tombstone, gets him up, but Benoit slips though, and nails the Trifecta of Germans, then the Headbutt, but goes for the cover. Benoit goes to the top, and KANE grabs him by the throat, looks like a choke slam from the top. But Benoit drops off the top rope the floor, and KANE’s arm is racked off the top rope. Benoit then runs KANE’s shoulder to the ringpost, locks on the Crossface, and we have a winner.
Winner – Benoit

KANE attacks Benoit, nails a choke slam. Lita comes out, and makes it like she wants to be with KANE. She gives KANE Benoit’s belt, and raises his hand, then tells KANE to get Benoit. When KANE turns around, Lita kicks him in the nuts. HAHA. Lita then goes to hit KANE with the World Title, but KANE grabs her, and lifts her for a choke slam, but realizes that she shouldn’t do that, she he puts her down. He then verbally assaults her, as she gets out of the ring, but then Benoit runs him over with the World Title belt to end the show.

They say that PPVs are meant to be better than the weekly shows used too build em up. now u tell me that RAW was NOT better than the GAB.

It seems like a PPV in the GAB was botched togehter over a cup of coffee and here we have an episode of RAW where seems to have been alot put into it.

Ill gladly pay for RAW ppvs on setanta but SD aint getting a penny from me.
