How eclectic of you. Two bands, fronted by the same lead singer, both of whom begin to sound more and more similar with their last albums. Bravo Fuhrio, you're enlightening us all.

So they're his favourite albums and he hasn't put the obligatory classics down. Give the guy a break.

Jeez, c'mon we hardly tore him a new asshole. Its a discussion - negative comments are allowed.
As for obligatory classics - there's plenty of other posts, that I would consider to contain no classics C'mon fuhrio there MUST be other albums you like by other bands.

Not an actual favourites list but a list of influences on my taste, if you get what I mean:

Jean Michel Jarre - Images (the first album I ever bought, not the May West now but definitely impacted on my later tastes)
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Let Love In (in short the best album I've ever bought)
Prodigy - Music For The Jilted Generation
Tool - Undertow (*edit, it originally said Opiate, I meant Undertow)
Einstuerzende Neubauten - Silence Is Sexy (completely opened my ears, after this I lost interest in most heavy metal and rock music as it sounded completely empty and uninteresting)

Finally, the last album that has yet again changed my perceptions is not actually an album but a box set of live cd's by Throbbing Gristle, perhaps the most disturbing music I've ever heard.
