is iolbb slower than usual today

i was browsing today and finding myself hitting refresh a lot and my downloads were at dialup speeds aswell a trainer/savegame pack 4mb took nearly 20 mins. I hope were not getting a repeat of frbruary/march. How is everybody else finding it today?

not in dublin 8, downloading at 50KB and up.
