What is the best Prepaid Phone Card? Many have expirey dates and charge for freephone access. I would normally use them for national calls. I currently pay 6c per minute for national calls & 20c per minute for mobiles withno charges for freephone access or expirey dates. Does this represent a fair enough deal?
