Digiweb Satellite Problem

In the last two weeks my Digiweb Satellite broadband connection has been unable to access secure websites. Digiweb support say: "The HUB seems to experience problem with Banking Online type of sites. They have been investigating on the issue and should come back to me with an update as soon as possible" This was a week ago…

In the last two weeks my Digiweb Satellite broadband connection has been unable to access secure websites.

Digiweb support say:

"The HUB seems to experience problem with Banking Online type of sites. They have been investigating on the issue and should come back to me with an update as soon as possible"

This was a week ago and needless to say no further response from them.

Has anybody else been experiencing the same problem or does anybody know what is going on with DigiWeb?
