The mods/admins probably have every right to take down such a post as you are trying to take away boards.ie users - and you are advertising on boards.ie to do that! There is no reason for you to feel aggrieved I think.

I had a look at your site, but there are only 10 registered users and only 21 posts, most of them of little quality, although I understand you are just starting off and yu have to start somewhere. The look and feel are good and its faster, but then with no users on that isn't hard.

I prefer if most users use one site so that all conversation and issues can be discussed and held in one place.

just some thoughts ....
