Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Manchester United are hoping to clinch a deal to sign 16-year-old Italian starlet Giuseppe Rossi from Parma.

Ferguson has already followed up his capture of Ronaldo by luring Barcelona teenager Gerard Pique to Old Trafford now his sights are set on completing a hat-trick of European whizz-kids with a move for Rossi.

"We haven't reached an agreement yet because there are still a few details to be ironed out," said a spokesman for Rossi's representatives, Italian-based agents P&P Sportsmanagement.

"Until everything is signed and sealed there is always the fear that everything will fail but I am confident an agreement will be reached."

Feels like he is trying to win it all with kids again. Liam Miller, C. Ronaldo, Pique, Rooney (maybe) and now this guy, among others.

And the other Parma kid moves too.
    GUNNERS LAND LUPOLI

Arsenal have announced that they have completed the signing of promising Italian youngster Arturo Lupoli.

The 17-year-old has signed a two-year scholarship deal at Highbury after coming to the attention of the Arsenal coaching staff with his exploits in Parma's youth team.

Arsenal have been able to seal the coup as Lupoli had not signed a professional contract with Parma.

Lupoli, who has been capped at Under16 and Under 17 level for Italy, is regarded as one of the best young strikers in Europe and is seen as one for the future.

He becomes the second Parma talent to leave Italy for England following the Giuseppe Rossi's move to Manchester United.
