IPsec Problem (I think)

Hi, I'm trying to get two w2k laptops to talk to each other through a Firewall (SuSE live FW) using a VPN. Every time I ping from the external laptop to the internal laptop I get a message saying "Negotiating network security" x 4 I think its all set up right, but has anyone had any similar experiences to this? cheers Brian
