FM Radio front 5 1/4" Display Unit

Does any have a radio unit fitted to their PC with a display unit occupying one of the 5 1/4" drive slots? I remember seeing one a while ago in an online shop but I can't seem to find it there anymore. Just wondering if anyone had one, how easy it is to hook up and where's the best place to get one.
