    Possability of a single room (box room) available in a three bedroomed house in D4 coming available end of july/Aug.

    House has all mod cons and DSL to boot.

    Rent is 350 pm plus bills with a 350 deposit.

    The area is really secure and queit, 25 mins walk to town in Dublin 4 area. House is modern and well worth the money. Would be sharing with two other male/female and non smokers and females preferred (even better if you're a non smoking female).
