IOLBB - some pages not loading

Anyone find that some pages don't load or cannot be found. In the last 2 days, approx. 10% - 20% of the web pages that I try to load come back with a "The page cannot be displayed" or "Cannot find server" error. Is this an iolbb problem or has some settings been accidently changed? Any thoughts?

it seems to apply mainly to .ie sites

This was happening to me for a few days on and off. It's to do with the mtu of windows I think. Try switching on and off your modem or else resetting it, sorted out the problem for me.
