ok, this is a bit late but anyhow... I heard one guy couldn't get a camping tickets after they sold out so he went up on friday night and attemped to walk past the wrist band inspectors at the camp entrance. Expecting to be stopped, he explained that he lost his wrist band and was told that he would have to pay the €130 fee again, because it was his own fault that he lost it. So he paid the €130 "again".
