How? Seal is broken i think anyway to get the condensation out and reseal it?

I'm not sure if you can. The units are meant to have a vacuum in them (or not!) to improve insulation. There is either a crack in the glass or in the seal around the perimiter.

Might be easier to just get a new unit.

I don't think it would be possible to re-seal without specalist equipment, but as a 'bodgit and leggit' fix - remove the inner glazing panel, remove as much condensation as possible from the outter window, and use a few patches of 'silica gel' (leave them between the two leaves), replace the glass, and reseal using silicone sealent. The silica gel is hugely water adsorbent so it should prevent moisture in between the leaves forming condensation, but it won't be a prefect solution.
