    I think you need to get back to basics.

    Are your users on the lan or is their only access to the database via the internet?

    You should still navigate to the file via the network neighbourhood and see what the full path is.

    C:\access.mdb on the server doesn't existing on the C:\ of the clients so they are not going to find the file. You need a path like machinename\directoryname\access.mdb

    What webserver are you running?
