Bank Holiday Weekend

    I live in Dublin and was looking to head off somewhere for the August Bank Holiday weekend?? any idea where?? couple of friends so prob renting out house for weekend would be best!

    Went to Kilkee last year on the Bank holiday and had a ball!

    I always go to Galway for the Bank Holiday weekend - atmosphere over there is great - loads of great pubs, clubs and the best of restaurants!

    Shouldnt take you longer than 3 hours to get there either which isnt too bad. Kilkee is great too tho!

    Yeah was in Galway a few times as well.....good crack! loved Kilkee but dont want to go 2 years in a row!

    Wouldn't go to Galway the Bank Holiday as it will cost you a fortune due to the Galway races being on save it for another time !!
