Hi all, it seems at the moment we have two irish tribes (and possibly a third one if someone of repute and intellect would like to take the reigns - myself and Nog just wanna kill stuff atm <IMG SRC="http://lacerta.ucg.ie/boards/smile.gif&quot; WIDTH=15 HEIGHT=15 BORDER=0 ALT=":)"> ) so I'd like to see a second Tribes server set-up for tribe practice.

Ideally this server would not be listed by the master, requiring a connect() string to be entered, or perhaps it could be password protected and left in tournament mode?

Either way it would be cool to have a bookable resource for irish tribes, this game more than any other requires team-play, and I don't we'll start seeing any until people can practice in peace.

Not so sure how to set up a server in tournament mode but there's a second one running on 28002 for you to practice on, and it's not listed as a public server (I think), I used the:

$server:hostpublicgame = "false";

which I think should stop it being masterised (not what you think it is johnoo).

For those of you that don't have GameSpy 2.08 yet, here's the line to type at your console:

connect("IP:tribes.ign.ie:28002");

Let's hope the censor doesn't mess that up..
