Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

To celebrate this special one-off event we have 2 Mix CDs to give away, one by up and coming Dublin DJ Bob Mc Carthy and the second by Nova 94.7 hotshot Brian Cody.

    Question:

Name Sasha's 1996 Deconstruction hit that was recorded in cooperation with Maria?

On July 22nd Eye Candy@ Traffic explores house music that little bit further, with a unique one off event spread over two floors, bringing together some of Dublin's more varied house DJs. Encompassing styles from tough and melodic to more organic house & breakbeat, Progress will bring a more underground sound to Thursdays at @ Traffic for one night only.

Downstairs in the club sees Nova 94.7 fm's Brian Cody, Derek Duff and John
Gibbons alongside up & coming DJs Paul Prior & Bob McCarthy, supplying a
blend of chunky beats, organic & dark grooves, refreshing melodies and
    broken beats.

Upstairs Eye Candy residents Mr.K & Mhardi will be joined by Al Keegan to
give the bar the usual 'Eye Candy' funky and soulful vibe.

Derek Duff needs little introduction having been a constant force on the
Dublin scene for over 12 years, renowned for his dark and smooth
    progressive sound.

John Gibbons has built up a strong reputation playing at nationwide Vivid
Vinyl events and running his Club Educate promotions agency. Expect a
mixed bag of house, breaks and techy beats.

Brian Cody plays across the spectrum of house from tough and breaky to
more melodic, with an emphasis on inventive and forward thinking music,
presenting twice weekly radio shows "The Groovebox" and "Blackout" @ Nova
    94.7 fm.

Paul Prior is a new talent on the scene having a unique sound of chunky
cuts, dark undertones and tribal beats all stitched together with top
    class skill.

Bob Mc Carthy is another new face to the progressive scene and has more
melodic style, which will work as a perfect opener to the night.
