Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could you also post a price ye paid and offer any advice on getting the best sun holiday for a limited budget.

Totally depends on what you want to do while you're there I suppose. We went to Lanzarote last summer and I loved it, will go back again for certain. Went with Sunword, booked through Thomas Cook.

    Depends what u want

    Turkey is lovely
Theres plenty of nice restaurants, it is cheap loads of places to visit lots of things to do,and it i spossible to avoid the folks that go mad on holiday.

If you want a holidays where you can go clubbing and there is cheap drink etc it is also a good destination.

    Kusadsi is where I was.

    2. holiday for two. nice relaxing, reasturants, cheap!

    1) Crete, boozing, watersports, cheap drink and food. Not the classiest of nightlife but you'll be pissed so you won't care. You'd need at least €1000 spending money for 2 weeks for food/booze/day trips. Flights and accomodation were about €750 for 1 bed apt for 3, late august.

    2) North of Italy, lake district, v scenic, great weather, cheap food and drink, some savage romantic style places. Lake Como, lake Maggiore, get over to venice on the east if you can as well.
