Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Damn it, that is a big blow to United if he does go. And with Ole injuring his knee again Fergie will have to go with Miller of Flechter(sp) for that right hand side.
The Midfeild could look like this for the Chelsea:

    Miller/Flechter.....Keane......Scholes.......Giggs.

Once you're called up for a FIFA registered match you have to go unless injured, suspended, etc. If he doesn't want to go he'll either have to retire from international football or sort out an agreement with the Portuguese FA.

    Man Utd lose Heinze

Heinze was signed from Paris St Germain at the start of the summer
New Manchester United signing Gabriel Heinze has been included in Argentina's squad for the Olympic Games.

fergie thought he'd got away with heinz and he was staying put. plus he's overage so that would help things.

i read on the utd website a few days ago heinz was definately staying, then utd were turning their attention to keep ronaldo. so much for that.

This is a great oppertunity for Miller . He should get his game ahead of Fletcher.

Yes definately. Only problem is Miller is currently injured. It would be a pity if this golden chance passed him by.

I think Miller will be fit for the start of the season but i'm not sure if he'll be match fit, but i hope he gets a run. Its also a good chance for O'Shea to put a few good porformences together while Heinz is away because fergie said heinz is now first choice left back and O'shea will have to look at other postions to get in the team.

I don't think Miller has any major injury. I'd say he's fitter than most of us ATM but he didn't travel to be on the safe side. Anyway, he's not on the Physio's list and that is usual very accurate.

    Alex Ferguson quote on ManUtd.com
"His recovery is coming along fine. We just feel that, having had that operation, he is much better off staying here at the training ground and going through a full recovery to be ready for the start of the season."
