Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know that UCC have a small Kung Fu club...

Apart from that, are there any other places where it is taught?
    I'd appreciate the information.

Perhaps you could contact the Irish Martial Arts Comission to see if they know of any Kung-Fu Clubs in Cork.

I wouldn't bother with IMAC to be honest - John O' Riordan is the first name that springs to mind in Cork as others have said.

    Hello everyone,
About a year or so ago i came across a number for Xing Yi classes in cork. I called the number and then found there website. I decided at the time not to do it as i wanted private lessons and couldn't afford it. I am now trying to find them again so i can take up the lessons but i cant find they're website anywhere. Does anyone have any idea about this???? As far as i remember they were an Asian couple, the husband thought Xing Yi and the wife thought Tai chi, I THINK! I also remember them telling me that they done the lessons somewhere close to the Opera house. If anyone has any idea of who they are or of anyone else who teaches Xing yi then please PM me or reply here.
    Thank you
    Jamie

I have two boys, aged 8 and 7, who are in my ears all the time about wanting to learn Kung Fu. However any research into Kung Fu in Cork I have done has only unearthed sporadic classes for adults. There seems to be nothing there for for kids, or is there?

    Try K2C in Blackpool, Cork

    Hello Krautmik,

I am teaching Kung Fu at K2C Martial Arts & Fitness Centre (www.k2c.com), but it is not a class for kids .. Thrusdays at 20:30 .. :-(
But, if they are really interested in Kung Fu, we can arrange a timetable for a Kung Fu class for kids .. :-)
September would be great to start a new class only for kids ..
if they have other friends also interested in Kung Fu, even better .. 5 is a good number to start a kid's class
Please, take a look at my website at www.archanjo.org and show the videos to your kids .. to arrange date and hour for the class, send me an e-mail info@archanjo.org

    Thank you

    Best regards
