    The format witgin CFT is as follows,
    Diver/s report on de brief to the D.O.D/D.O. on any problems on the dive.
    D.O. sends report to the R.D.O .
    Report may omit divers names if preferred.
    R.D.O. correalates all incident reports for his/her area and forwards them to C.F.T. Incidents Officer, Russell Higgs, who in turn correalates the various reports into subsets;
    1. Diver error
    2. Equipment failure
    3. Boat problems
    4. Weather
    and one or two others that escape me now. In each SubSea , there is usually a reort by Russell..
    D.O. = Diving Officer
    R.D.O.= Regional D.O.

    I would just like to state, for the record, that Coca-cola is in fact bad for your teeth.

    Jack, what are the acronyms above? I'm unfamiliar with CFT.
