Do ya need telephone line to get NTL broadband?

I don't have one and don't want one, but do want BB, does anyone offer this cause they don't really need a telephone line, do they?

No, you shouldn't need a phone line to get NTL Broadband.

You don't need any phone line at all for ntl, you must have ntl's basic (analogue) TV package though.
