    Talbot 101, your views, comments and experinces welcome.
    Am going for dinner there this weekend and was wondering what to expect. Supposed to be very good.

    Been there twice - can't say I was overwhelmed on either occasion. The food was solid if a little uninteresting (although the desserts on the second outing were very nice).

    Apparently it was a lot better, and the reputation probably stems from that. Both of my trips were in the last six or seven months (last one about three weeks ago). That said, if you're en route to the Abbey you won't find a better spot so close to the theatre.
