Dexters Lab - Deedee is doing my head in

How the hell do you complete this game? I have gotten all the Deedees, and fixed all the machines yet the game says I have only done 64%.

I have explored everywhere.

Yes. They only have the cheats on it and the game is easy (barring puzzles and annoying walking around looking for stuff).

Hi,

I have spent ages playing this game. I have been to every zone, fixed
40 machines, captured 124 dee-dees.

However the game is saying I only have 64% complete in the game. I
have checked every level but I cannot find anything else I am supposed
to do. The Manual explains nothing.

Please tell me what I am missing to complete/continue on in this game.
The only thing I can find is a secret room behind a wall in House
level A but it will not open.
