HP have also put together a Feature Article covering the new iPAQ devices: HP Mobility Solutions

items of interest:

hx4700 series
VGA capable display with WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, also a touch pad (rather than directional pad/button), CF and SD(IO)

h6300 series
Pocket PC Phone Edition with GSM/GPRS, WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, VGA Camera, SD(IO), (pic below is with the optional 'thumb'-pad attached)

rx3000 series
Two lines announced both with WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, one line (rx3700) adds a Mega Pixel Camera more memory and larger battery

rz1700 and rz1715 series
IrDA, SD(IO), basic models
