25 DVD+r for €13

Was just browsing on www.dvdsoon.com and noticed that they now sell blank dvds, the cheapest work out at €13 and are made by a crowd called Shikatronics.

Haven't tried ordering but it may be worth a go?

These are DVD-r which are more compatible than DVD+r
