One of my machine's here is running windows2K and lately i've noticed that the explorer.exe process is behaving rather badly. Intermittent problems with it:
    1) opening windows explorer can crash and result in my task bar restarting and all the open aplication bars moved around.
2)browsing the filesystem, widows explorer can crash with the same effect as above
3)explorer.exe using up to 35% of the cpu even when computer is idle. The only way to fix this is to kill the process and rerun it.

Ran a virus san and spybot but nothing found. any ideas?
