    QuiGon,

    Looks like you are struggling to put the numbers together for this weekend.

    I've another tribe waiting in the wings for a game with us, so how about we defer this weekend and try for the next one? We will play against this other outfit instead.

    That might give you a bit more leeway in getting the troops together and they have a whole week to say yay or nay.
