Synchronized Contacts - Outlook 2k / 3200

When the phone stores the contact it sets the home phone number to the default contact number. I have to go into each contact to set the default to the mobile. I can find any settings in Outlook to set a number as default. Is there a plug in for Outlook?, setting for the mobile? I dont want to use the easy solution of swapping the home and mobile numbers so it works for the mobile.

Any help would be great
